About Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry

Cole & Van Note is investigating a data breach involving Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry, a dental clinic based in Clemson, South Carolina. [1]

On February 12, 2026, Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry began reporting a ransomware incident linked to the Interlock ransomware group. According to available disclosures, the unauthorized actor accessed the clinic’s systems between November 9 and November 11, 2025, and later claimed responsibility on November 24, 2025. The incident involved a significant data exfiltration event, with reports indicating that more than 118 GB of data—spanning over 51,000 files and 4,600 folders—may have been accessed or removed from the clinic’s systems. [2]

Further reporting indicates that the compromised data includes highly sensitive personal and protected health information, including records associated with pediatric patients. Healthcare-related breaches of this nature are particularly concerning due to the inclusion of long-term medical and identifying data. Incidents involving minors carry heightened risks, as children are less likely to detect fraudulent activity, making stolen information more susceptible to long-term misuse, including identity theft and synthetic identity fraud. [3]

The information potentially affected in this breach may include:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Social Security number
  • Medical and dental records
  • Medical history and treatment information
  • Insurance and billing information
  • Images and clinical records
  • Other personally identifiable information

Considering the number of people impacted by this event, Cole & Van Note’s data breach attorneys will be pursuing legal action on behalf of those affected. If you have received notice of this data breach, you should contact us for immediate response.
