DATA BREACHES: SEARCH BY STATE
Data breaches are everywhere and the number of cyber security intrusions is growing each year. * These states that do not currently maintain a state-sponsored data breach search portal. For these states, we refer you to a site maintained by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Note that this national portal only maintains information regarding breaches have been reported to the Secretary and that involve the breach of unsecured protected health information affecting 500 or more individuals.
For smaller data breaches, intrusions related to other forms of non-health related information (e.g., financial, credit, social security numbers), contact us. We have resources at our disposal too numerous to list here to check whether you’ve been hacked.
