DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties of the Law Clerk are as follows: to assist attorneys in legal matters, drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, memoranda and motions, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, conducting legal and investigative research, drafting statements/declarations, participating in team strategy meetings, attending hearings and depositions, and participating in law firm professional and social events. We are seeking 2L and 3L students, and sometimes paralegal students, for these positions. The Law Clerk position offers tremendous mentorship opportunities and real-world experience (e.g., attorney meetings, court appearances) students would not likely receive elsewhere.
